Short Description
Kinkerstraat apartment comprises two small rooms, one with a double bed, the other has a wardrobe and a computer with internet connexion.The livingroom has a 2 persons sofa-bed and with a small French balcony on the front and is great from people and street watching.
For the quietness of the neighbourhood, CHILDREN are NOT allowed.
The apartment is very bright and gets a lot of light as the front of the building is all windows.
The main bedroom has direct access to a big balcony on the back (10m2) facing a school which makes it very quiet in the evenings and weekends.
The whole building has been recently renovated and the apartment plus furniture are brand new.
Neighbourhood/Location
It is close to the city center in one of the most popular streets of Amsterdam which is full of shops and you can find very nice restaurants in the area.For the quietness of the neighbourhood, CHILDREN are not allowed.
It has two trams stopping right at the door: tram 17 goes to Central Station in just a few minutes.
From Central station you can catch a train to the airport every 15 min.
Tram 7 goes from Kinkerstraat to Leidseplein, one of the cities most popular squares and full of thing to do and see. in only 5 min.
If you fancy a visit to Amsterdam's biggest parks It's just a ten minute walk from the apartment.

Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival. Some owners charge a small fee for an early check in. If early check in is not possible, there are lockers at central station.
