Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys

Please note that some owners have an extra charge for late check in
Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival. Some owners charge a small fee for an early check in. If early check in is not possible, there are lockers at central station.

Cancellations

We are a very small guest-house! Consequently, loosing business through no-shows has a great impact. Still we would like you to be able to cancel, should your plans change unexpectedly.
We have the following terms.
* 1 night will be charged if cancelled - 14 - 7 days before arrival date.
* Unfortunately, if booking is cancelled within 6 days of arrival we will have to charge the entire amount unless we can rebook the cancelled dates. If we manage to rebook them only the days not rebooked will be charged to your card.
Please make sure you receive our confirmation of your cancellation. Even though e-mail is quite reliable, we would like to ensure that communication is clear and unambiguous.
