Amsterdam Sunrise houseboat has two bedrooms and is perfectly located within a few minutes walk of Central Station and offers a nice stay in the very heart of the city.
A short walk will bring you to Dam Square and the Amsterdam Royal Palace.
You are also within five minutes walking distance of Nieuwmarkt Square, Red Light district China Town and most of the other Amsterdam attractions are also close by. A tram ride will take you to the slightly farther attractions or you can visit them all by boat also.
This extremely well situated houseboat is equipped with a huge sun deck with table and chairs from where you can sit and watch the Amsterdammers go by .
Below deck there is a large open plan living/kitchen area, two cosy double bedrooms, toilet and separate shower room.

The spacious living area is accessed from the upper deck by one set of stairs and provides a double sofa bed, dining table and chairs as well as TV, CD & DVD player and wireless internet.

The shower room has a shower, hand-basin, toilet and towel rails and a hairdryer is provided.

Two cosy double bedrooms,
A washing and drying machine is also located in the shower room.

Iron and ironing board are provided for your use.

Additional Booking Conditions:
Four night minimum stay will apply for Easter and Queen�s Day (April 30th)
Five night minimum stay over Christmas and New Year.
Seven night stay will apply during the annual IBC conference in September.
Balance is payable in cash on arrival along with a refundable cash security deposit.

Cancellation Policy
The initial booking deposit will be non-refundable.
Thereafter should you need to cancel your booking you must give at least 14 days notice to avoid additional cancellation charges.
If your stay is for 3 days or less, there will be an additional charge equivalent to one night's rental.
If your stay is between 4 and 7days, there will be an additional charge equivalent to three night's rental.
If your stay is for 7 days and above there will be an additional charge equivalent to 5 night's rental.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your arrival or you do not show you will be charged the full amount of your stay.
A late check-in charge of EUR 20 will apply for all check-ins post 20.00.
