The MIlkMaid apartment in Amsterdam, a light , bright and airy apartment located close by Amsterdam Central station and city centre by 5 minutes bus ride (bus stops every 10 minutes in front of the house) or 15 minutes walk to the Jordaan area, Amsterdam Central Station, city centre and all the main tourist attractionsSituated in the Westerpark area within walking distance of the cultural centre Westergasfabriek, in a lively street with shops, restaurants and bars. There is a bus stop in front of the house and a supermarket just twenty meters away.
The 55 m2 apartment is on the second floor and is reached via the traditional steep Amsterdam staircase.
The entire apartment has recently been completely renovated. All the fittings, fixtures and furniture are brand new and add to the general feeling of light and space.
The bathroom is fitted with a bath, shower, bidet, toilet, washbasin, hairdryer and a heated towel rail. There is also a separate laundry room with wash/dry/iron facilities. Towels and bed linen are provided.
High speed broadband internet access is provided free of charge. The apartment is also equipped with a BOSE speakersystem, 42 inch plasma television and dvd player.

You can have breakfast or enjoy a glass of wine while your dinner is being prepared at the cooking island with 2 barstools.The kitchen further contains a combi oven/microwave/grill, induction cooker, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle, coffee machine, pots and pans, crockery and cutlery, cooking utensils and basic provisions such as milk, sugar, coffee, tea, herbs etc.

Modern minimalistic design, pure materials like brushed stainless steel, warm atmosphere, original paintings. Owner is artist/designer.There is no lift present making the apartment unsuitable for elderly, infirm or disabled people. Typical Amsterdam steep stairs.
Please note: PREPAYMENT of 30 procent of total rent, 70 procent of total rent CASH at arrival.

Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival. Some owners charge a small fee for an early check in. If early check in is not possible, there are lockers at central station.
