Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival. Some owners charge a small fee for an early check in. If early check in is not possible, there are lockers at central station.

Please call our 24/7 help desk at 0031202050200 when you arrive at Amsterdam Schiphol Airport or Amsterdam Central Station to make an appointment. (In case you can't reach us on this number on arrival day please call 026-3736408.) One of our Property Managers will meet you in front of the apartment.

The check-in time is between 3pm and 8pm.
late check-in
We charge a late check-in fee of € 25 if you check-in between 8pm and 11pm and € 50 for check-ins between 11pm and 12pm.
Check-in after midnight is only possible in very exceptional cases.
Please e-mail us at least 3 days before your arrival to arrange a late check-in.
Early check-in
An early check-in is only possible if no other guests depart on your arrival day.
Please e-mail us at least 3 days before your arrival to arrange an early check-in. We charge € 25 for an early check-in before 12am.

Check-out is before 11am on your departure day.
A late check-out is not possible. If you don't leave your apartment before 11am a late check-out fee in the sum of 50% of daily price will be charged.

Rent
The rent is excluding 6% VAT and 5% City tax.
Prepayment
An 10% prepayment is applied to guarantee the booking.
Remaining rent
The prepayment will be deducted from the total rent. The remaining rent can be paid by credit card or cash upon arrival.
Refundable security deposit
A refundable security deposit is applied to the booking and can only be secured by a credit card authorisation.
Authorisation via credit card means: we ask the credit card company to give authorisation for the security deposit amount. No payment will take place, only a credit check!
The guest have to agree (by signing upon arrival) on the following terms for the credit card authorisation:
'I authorize Amsterdam Apartments to use this credit card to cover all extra expenses in relation to the use of the apartment booked by the following reservation, especially for:
* Cost of accommodation for the nights exceeding the current reservation
* Late check-out fee in the sum of 50% of daily price may apply if you don't leave your apartment at 11:00 AM at the day of departure the latest
* Commercial use of the apartment (filming, casting, interviews) is not allowed without prior agreement - extra fee of € 100 per night will be charged
* Extraordinary dirtiness of apartment - a extra cleaning fee of € 100 may be apply
* Any reported damages and loses caused by guests on the house and apartment equipment and fittings - ordinary wear and tear doesn't apply
* Loss of keys - fee of € 30 is charged
* Accommodating more people then booked - extra € 100 per person / per night is charged
* Other extra services ordered within the stay ( laundry, transfers, drinks, etc)
In the event of any of herein-before conditions occurs I agree to charge my credit card for related fees.
Amsterdam Apartments agrees to release this security deposit at the next day after the final check-out if none of herein-above conditions occurs and apartment is returned in proper state.
Upon signing this agreement I agree with conditions above and I take the responsibility for everybody staying with me in the apartment and for everybody invited to the apartment.'
Final cleaning fee
A final cleaning fee is applied to the booking and can be paid by credit card or cash upon arrival.

Cancellation earlier than 6 weeks before the arrival day 50% of the prepayment fee will be paid back. Cancellation within 6 weeks before the arrival day the prepayment will not be paid back. Cancellations or changes made on the day of arrival are subject to a 100% charge. We are sorry but refunds are not available for early check-out.
terms&conditions
1. An agreement and booking confirmation is achieved between Amsterdam City Apartments and the Tenant if an pre-payment is made by the Tenant and is received by Amsterdam Apartments.
2. Amsterdam Apartments renting out apartments for a limited time: no less then 6 nights and no longer than six months per calendar year per reservation.The Tenant can leave the apartment earlier then 6 nights and will only pay the nights that are stayed.
3. It is not allowed to stay with more persons then mentioned in the reservation form.
4. Organising parties is strictly forbidden.
5. Behave like a 'gentlemen' and don't disturb the neighbours! Don't play loud music, scream or shout, etc.
6. If the Tenant violate terms 3, 4 or 5 the Property Manager is allowed to enter the apartment.
7. If the Tenant violate terms 3, 4 or 5 the stay can be cancelled immediately without restitution of the rent.
8. A copy or picture off all passports will be made during check-in.
