Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys

Please note that some owners have an extra charge for late check in
Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival. Some owners charge a small fee for an early check in. If early check in is not possible, there are lockers at central station.

Payment of the booking deposit constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Terms and Conditions of the rental as agreed to by the owners of the apartment (hereafter mentioned “ABA and the Client (together the “parties”) are as follows and departure from same by you permits the owner of the apartment to refuse the key/doorcode, amend the charge or immediately terminate the occupancy.
Quotations - are subject to availability and are not guaranteed until receipt of the deposit (50% of the total rental sum), confirmed in writing. Is is further to the 10% booking deposit.
Check In/Check Out - premises are strictly available from 14.00h on the day of arrival and are to be vacated by 12.00h on the day of departure. Late check-outs must be approved in writing. Late check outs will attract a further charge.
Key Return - the property is to be locked and the key(s) returned to our office at Singel 401 A, as agreed with us prior to arrival.

Cancellation - Within 6 weeks of the arrival date forfeits the full amount paid. Amsterdam Boutique Apartments has the right to charge the cost of cancellation to your account.
Breakages - and losses to the property are to be reported to us (Mart van Berkum or Klaas Koers and paid for immediately.

Loss of keys or remotes - will be charged to the client at the discretion the owners but the minimum cost is €75.
