Each bedroom has its comfortable beds made up for our guests and a wardrobe or chest of draws. The rooms are relaxing, spacious and homely. The large living room boasts access via sliding doors to a wide and deep balcony and the modern design kitchen overlooks the Ijssel lake – a perfect view for every morning tea or coffee. ‘

Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival. Some owners charge a small fee for an early check in. If early check in is not possible, there are lockers at central station.

Upon arrival guests should provide a copy of their passports.
Preference is given to guest of 30 years and older.
A deposit of 250 euros will be required upon arrival. This is refunded upon departure, provided there are no damages. Fees for keys (€100) which are lost will be deducted from the deposit.
An inventory check on arrival and departure will be conducted together with our guests.
