This artistic and cozy apartment is located in the Art and Antiques Center and has a lovely garden with terrace; a real specialty in Amsterdam.The apartment is very quiet, because it 's located at the rear of the property with no noise from the street, an extraordinary situation in the center of Amsterdam.
It has a living room, fully equipped kitchen, open doors to the terrace and garden. Kitchen and toilet also downstairs. The bedroom is upstairs, it's a large room 3,40 x 6 meter and has a double bed with readinglights,size 160 x 2.00 , a TV, small sofa , working table and light blocking curtains. The other bedroom has also a double bed 180x 2.00 and a balcony. All beds can be seperated into 4 singel beds.
Access to the apartment is through a privately owned Art studio which is only opened by appointments and closed when you are staying.
The apartment is completely private; you have your own key and access 24/7.
In the garden and also comes inside, is a very friendly and cosy 16 year old cat. He likes people very much, he has his own little door to the garden so no hassle .If you want to know more ,you can ask me for details.

Kerkstraat, so central, it's unreal. Great location to stay, antique shops, galleries, shops and shoppingarea and in walking distance from the Van Gogh Museum, Rijksmuseum and Anne Frank house. The flower market and the region with its gay bars is 5 minutes away. Supermarket, Bagel and Beans, all around the corner. Bicycle rent in the same street.Nearby is a coffeeshop and a indoorswimmingpool and gym.10 minutes from Central Station and 5 minutes walk from the Leidseplein and the Vondelpark. tram no.4 brings you to the RAI.

Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys
