This simple little studio apartment is located just off Amsterdams top shopping street Kalverstraat and close to Spui, the floating Flower market and many other Amsterdam places of interest.In the street of the Dampkring, the famous coffeshop where the movie Ocean 12, with Bratt Pitt and George Clooney was filmed.
Located on the 3rd floor of a walk up buildings (no elevator), the stairs are a spiral sort of staircase so not ideal for large suit cases or children.
The entrance and stairwell are a little worse for wear, but the apartment itself is fine.
The studio has a double bed accessed by a ladder (real Amsterdam style) and a double sofa bed. Comes with a piano
Doors open out on to a roof terrace with chairs, sun loungers and a barbacue.
Tiny shower room with wet room type shower, and Wc..
Large kitchen with all you need for cooking meals, oven, hob, all pots and pans.
Nice wooden floor recently added.
The apartment is above a night club, so it can be a bit noisy

Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys

Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival. Some owners charge a small fee for an early check in. If early check in is not possible, there are lockers at central station.
