This original 17th century canal house is ;located between the Herengracht and the Singel.
The house contains five floors and the whole house can be yours!
Covering 100m2, this fully furnished Canal House has one romantic bedroom with original wooden beams and en-suite bath room as well as a second and a second bedroom on the next level
It contains a kitchen, living-room and and a very nice loft bathroom with jacuzzi and with great views!
It is a truly relaxing home to enjoy a marvellous stay in the heart of Amsterdam.
PLEASE NOTE ---- Be Advised that the stairs are small and steep so not suitable for older people or young children.

The apartment is located on Bergstraat between the Herengracht and the Singel.The Herengracht (Gentleman's Canal or Lord's Canal) is the first of the three major canals in the city centre of Amsterdam.
The house is close to the city's important sights, such as the Dam Square, Anne Frank House, red light District, Rijksmuseum, Van Gogh Museum, Amsterdam Hermitage; all within walking distance! Some of Amsterdam's most popular restaurants are also within this range.
The Central Station is within walking distance at only only 800 meters!

The living area is on the first floor. It has a comfortable cough, a flat-screen TV, DVD player and free WIFI Internet connection.The large windows, original 17th century elements and works of art create a lovely ambiance for your stay.
The entire apartment iwas renovated in 2009.

Master bedroomAnother small staircase will take you to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom on the second floor. This bedroom has 2 single beds that are connected to 1 large double-bed(2x90cmX200cm), flatscreen TV, bedside tables, lamps, plenty of storage space. The bathroom contains a large bath/shower combination, handbasin and toilet.

The second bedroom has also 2 single beds that are connected to 1 large double-bed(2x90cmX200cm), flatscreen TV, bedside tables, lamps, plenty of storage spaceand and is located on the third floor.
Kitchen
The fully equipped design kitchen, dining area and a toilet are in the cellar.Next to a complete set of kitchenware, the kitchen contains a hob stove with 4 gas cookers, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, blender, juicer, kettle and coffeemaker.
The dining area contains a dining table, 4 chairs and cupboard.
The kitchen can be reached by a small steep staircase.
Other information
Whirlpool / relay room --- on the beautiful loft (fifth floor) you will find a nice 2 persons whirlpool, a comfortable cough, hand basin and toilet. The views over Amsterdam are great!Check-in/out procedure
Check-in is between 4pm and 9pm.
Please call our property manager when you arrive in Amsterdam Schiphol or Central station. He will do the check-in at the apartment and will handover the keys.
Check-out is before 11am.

Where and how do I get the keys to the apartment?
Your confirmation mail will include the telephone number to contact the greeter/owner upon arrival at the airport or train station. You can arrange a time to meet the contact person at the property, to make payment and get the keys
Check-In time is after: 15:00and Check-Out is 11:00
Please note that some owners have an extra charge for late check in
Can I check in early or where can I leave my luggage until check in time?
Early check-in is only possible if the property is not booked the night before you arrive. You can arrange this with the owner 24-48 hours before your arrival. Some owners charge a small fee for an early check in. If early check in is not possible, there are lockers at central station.

The most convenient way to get to the apartment is to use our Pick-Up service! For € 40-50 (2-4 guests) one of our property managers will pick you up at the arrival gate on Schiphol and will bring you to the apartment.
