Answer: When you book any of the apartments, you get booking confirmation e-mail with full address of that apartment. On events where apartment is difficult to find, then directions are provided. For the privacy reasons we don’t show exact apartment addresses on web site.

3. What tools or extras are given with the apartment?
Answer: Accommodations are entirely serviced with the bed linen, towels and kitchen will also have set of kitchenware as well as cooking utensils like cutlery, glasses, plates, pots and pans. 11. For how many individual I must book ?
Answer: Price of an apartment for every night generally depends on number of guests that are staying in accommodation. Generally basic rate for 1 to 2 guests per night and additional charge for extra guest who is staying.
This makes sure best value for your guest and you, even though you have small travel gathering in larger apartment. Even though total number of persons differs during the stay, you still need to book for highest number of individual that are staying in an apartment. For example If you are booking for 4 nights, wherein 2 nights there are 4 persons and other 2 nights there are three persons; you still have to make booking for four persons.
12. Can I change or withdraw my booking?
Answer: In case you want to change and modify number of guests and number of nights, when you have made booking, you have to inform us by email if possible, at info@amsterdamstay.com. Make sure to quote the booking reference number that will be found on the booking verification e-mail. If you would like to change apartment that you have booked, then this is been considered as a fact cancellation. Pre-payment is non-refundable; you may have to make new booking. Note that prepayment will not be refunded, not even in a case of the force majeure. In case you want to cancel, when you have made booking, you have to inform us by email if possible, at info@amsterdamstay.com. Make sure to quote the booking reference number that will be found on the booking verification e-mail. The cancellation fees, where it is applicable, will depend on amount of notice provided. Refer to our Terms & Conditions for full terms of the cancellation and fees. Also we recommend all our customers to buy travel insurance with the cancellation cover. So read our Terms & Conditions for further information on changing or cancelling the booking.
13. What kind of payment will you accept on the arrival ?
Answer: At time of check-in, you need to pay remaining open balance all along with damage deposit, stated on the booking confirmation e-mail. Standard technique for this particular payment is in cash, unless evidently stated on your booking verification email and on apartment’s page. Apartments operate No cash and no check-in policy. Note- if you need receipt of the payment made for remaining balance, you have to inform us 48 hours prior to your arrival so that accommodation manager / owner can provide it for you.
14. Will I be able to pay with my card on arrival ?
Answer: Remaining open balance amount is to be paid only in CASH on arrival at apartment, unless evidently stated on your booking verification email or on apartment’s page. There are lots of ATM machines, banks as well as currency exchange centers throughout every destination city and at the airports that cater for the travelers. Be aware of the opening hours and the public holidays and your own ATM withdrawal limit. The accommodation manager/ owner will show you nearest ATM in case you need help.

Accommodation manager/ owner will meet you at apartment at this agreed check-in time. Then you are shown and you pay open balance and damage deposit in order to get the keys.

18. How will I get to an apartment ?
Answer: Consult the show destination on map on apartment’s page in order to see area map and google map. Nearest public transport, like bus, metro and tram, is as well given in neighborhood & location description for every apartment, in order to help you find your apartment with easiness. On occasions where location of apartment can be hard to find, the directions are given in the booking verification email. 19. How will I check-in at this apartment?

Answer: Standard check-in time is 14:00 & 21:00, unless evidently stated on apartment’s page. Information is as well given on the booking verification email. Arrival for the check-in at night (between 22:00pm & 08:00am) may draw an extra charge. If appropriate, this info is supplied on minimal requirements section on apartment’s page. It is as well detailed, if appropriate, on the booking verification email. It is general that other guests are checking out of apartment on same day when you arrive and to allow for the check-out and washing, it cannot be possible to ask an earlier check-in. 23. What time is the checkout? Can I checkout later?
Answer: Standard checkout time for apartment is 10:00am to 12:00 noon. This info is as well given on the booking confirmation e-mail. Checkout departure during night or early morning (between 22:00pm to 08:00am) might attract additional charge. If appropriate, this info is supplied on minimal supplies section on apartment’s page. It is as well detailed, if appropriate, on booking confirmation e-mail. There is not any guarantee of late checkout, as there can be some guests arriving on same day when you leave apartment. You may ask your accommodation owner / manager on arrival if late checkout is possible. In case you need later checkout you can book extra night. 24. How will I checkout of apartment?
Answer: Your accommodation owner/ manager can meet you at apartment at a standard checkout time (if other checkout time was not arranged) for examination and refund of damage deposit. Damage deposit is completely refundable; given that not any damages have occurred also apartment is left in reasonable condition. Also you are needed to report damages during the stay. Refer to our Terms & Conditions section of website, regarding the use and concern of apartment and equipment. There is not any guarantee of late checkout, since there can be guests coming on a day of your exit.
25. Where will I store my bags after checkout?
Answer: Incase you want to store bags until your exit from destination city, then please go through our Public Transport segment for every destination city that lists main transport terminals with the luggage storage lockers, and with pricing where obtainable.
