Rental Guarantee Terms and Conditions


You can rest assured when you book with World Escape LLC with our Rental Guarantee.

WorldEscape LLC has a quality assurance system to provide you with peace of mind when booking your property which includes:


-  Validation of the property manager details when registering and

-  Review of Property Adverts for quality of images, description and features detailed.


1.0    Rental Guarantee

1.1    We guarantee the property is Legitimate and Materially as Presented.

1.1.1 The Securiy Deposit you paid to reserve the property is refunded in case:
        - The Property is not presented as the material issue
        - In case of double booking
        - In all the others cases except if you cancel it
        - In case  you want to cancel We keep the deposit and you can use to book an alternative accommodation with us
          also with diffetent dates.

1.2    Materially Presented includes only: Parking, Pool, Airconditioning, Disabled Access, Washing Machine, Dishwasher and          Number of Occupants able to be accommodated.

1.3    If the property is not Legitimate in that it does not exist:

1.3.1 for Credit Card bookings if the property is not legitimate we will provide the next best alternatives or immediately refund             your money deposit back if you do not stay.

1.3.2 for Full Payment reservations we will provide a $50 credit towards alternative accommodation with World Escape Sites for              the same travel dates.

1.4    If the property is not Materially as Presented and has a Material Issue:

1.4.1 World Escape LLC will assist you to rectify the Material Issue with the property manager if you are unable to firstly resolve          the issue.

1.4.2 If you prefer to continue to stay in the property we will rebate 5% of the rental rate for the period occupied in that                     property for the time that the Material Issue remains unresolved after the initial 48 hours from Arrival or if a substitute                 service is not provided by the property manager.


2.      Qualifying for the Rental Guarantee

2.1.   The property must be listed as Live on our website.

2.2.   You must have a confirmed and paid the Booking Deposit Payment with World Escape LLC.

2.3.   You must have first lodged a dispute with your third party payment service to recover funds and only if they deny all or               part of the recovery may you be eligible;

2.4.   You must lodge a Rental Guarantee Claim with World Escape LLC in writing within the specified timeframe;

2.5.   You must provide a copy of your booking confirmation, proof of payment, all emails or log of other communication with               the property manager and your third party payment service.


3.      Rental Guarantee Rate Adjustment

3.1.   Any Rate Adjustment paid by World Escape LLC will be calculated in Australian dollars and returned to the original credit         card or by cheque to the original payee.


4.      Rental Guarantee Exclusions:

4.1.    In our absolute discretion, we will deem your Claim invalid if:

4.1.1  you did not actually incur a financial loss;

4.1.2  we receive your Claim 48 hours after Arrival;

4.1.3  you breach the booking terms and conditions, policy or payment requirements of the property manager eg. excess                   guests, late payment;

4.1.4  you do not provide adequate documentation to validate your claim within a timely manner;

4.1.5  the Claim is for any person or party related to the property manager or owner;

4.2.   We expressly exclude:

4.2.1  Any claim related to unavailability, double booking or booking error by the property manager;

4.2.2  Any other costs or loss you may incur including airfares and travel costs;

4.2.3  Cleanliness - if you are not satisfied with the cleanliness of a property upon your Arrival, you must contact the Property            Manager immediately to arrange a re-clean. World Escape LLC will make no payment based on cleanliness.

4.2.4  Rental Regret - we will not make any payment based on your regret at selecting the property because of its location,                quality of fittings or furnishings, noise, privacy, size, extent of view or ambience, unsuitability or any other aspect based            on subjective assessment or opinion.


5.      Other

5.1.  The Rental Guarantee is not transferable.

5.2   World Escape LLC reserves its right to modify or discontinue the Rental Guarantee without prior notice and with no                   liability to you.

5.3.   The Rental Guarantee is void if restricted by law or prohibited.

5.4.   We will process your Claim within 30 days of receiving your Claim.
