Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@amsterdamstay.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 7 days to arrival date 75% of the total remaining balance
With Less than 24 hours or no prior notice / No show: 100% of the total balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

Spacious family house with private parking for two cars, located in Amsterdam South East. The house has two floors with two bedrooms, bathroom, living room, dining room, complete kitchen, toilet and a nice garden. The owner stays in the third bedroom. The apartment is available for family groups or couples only.

Neighbourhood

The house is located in a lovely green residential area lovely for walking and close to supermarket, small cafes and restaurants. The big Amsterdamsepoort shopping centre and Bijlmer arena are about 5 minutes by bus where you can find good restaurants and cafes, stores, theatre, movie, the Ajax's stadium and store. Gaasperplas, a wonderful green area with a beautiful lake and a popular tourist spot, is about 2.5 km away and is well worth a visit nad you can reach Central Station by metro in twenty minutes.

Special Requirements

The apartment is available for monthly rental from October to March. The owner will be there in February and March. The owner uses the third bedroom and mostly stays in her room but will have use of the bathroom. Please inquire for monthly price.
