Cancellation Terms

Cancellation fees depend on how much notice has been given before your arrival date and if we have a chance to resell the cancelled dates.

Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@amsterdamstay.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Cancellation terms in most cases are:

With less than 14 days notice before your arrival date: 50% of the total remaining balance
With less than 7 days to arrival date 75% of the total remaining balance
With Less than 24 hours or no prior notice / No show: 100% of the total balance

If the policies for a particular apartment differ from the above, these will be stated on the apartment page

Please note that the booking deposit is non-refundable under any circumstance.

The open kitchen comes equipped with oven, microwave, 4 ring electric stove, kettle, toaster, coffeemaker. Sugar, tea and creamer is supplied.

Beds & Bathrooms

The first bedroom has two single beds with dresser, wardrobe, bedside tables and mirror. Up 10 little steps is the second bedroom with two single beds. The door to the balcony is here as is the bathroom with shower, sink and mirror. Smoking, including cannabis, is allowed only on the balcony until 10.30pm. There is an entertainments/smoking lounge in the building open 24/7. The toilet is downstairs beside the living room and first bedroom

Special Requirements

HOUSE RULES: Respect the neighbors and treat the apartment with care, especially for large groups and those who rent multiple properties in the same building. Cleaning fee of 50 EUR per night is the penalty for apartments left very dirty. No sleeping on the balcony. In case of cancellation less than 2 weeks in advance or no show we will charge a cancellation fee depending on the length of the reservation. If the reservation was for two nights or less, we will charge you for one night, otherwise we will charge you for the first two nights. All apartments are accessed by stairs which are neither steep nor narrow.
