Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@amsterdamstay.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Located a short walk from Dam Square and Central Station and occupying the first and second floor of a 17th century canal house, this two bedroom apartment offers 90 Sqm of comfort and style for four guests. Please be aware there are steep stairs to the apartment.
The apartment is located on a quiet, picturesque canal right in the centre of the city, just a short walk from Dam Square, Central Station and the Red Light District. Amsterdam's famous Jordaan and the Anne Frank House is just five minutes on foot and, you can reach nightlife area Leidseplein and the Museum District in about twenty minutes.
Bright galley style kitchen, well equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine and ample crockery and utensils.
The apartment has two bedrooms, each with 2 single beds. The double bed in the photos is actually 2 singles pushed together. The bathroom comes with shower and sink with the toilet located separately.
SMOKING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED

House Rules: NON-Smoking Smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. Note: Don’t smoke cigarettes in front of the building. The smoke will enter the bedrooms of the neighbors and this is extremely disturbing for them. We advise smokers to smoke on the corner of the street. Noise- Coming home late at night, with a group of people can disturb the sleep of our neighbors. Please be aware that and be as quit as possible. - It is strictly prohibited to organize parties in the apartment. - Don’t talk loud (especially with a group) after 10 pm. - It is not allowed to play music after 10 pm in the apartment General - It is not allowed to invite people to sleep over at the apartment. - Don’t leave the windows open when you go out of the apartment. Because if it rains this will damage the wooden floors - It’s not allowed (city rules) to put garbage outside the building on any other day but the official garbage days. Please use the container in the apartment for all your garbage. - Don’t leave crates of beer or other beverages in the apartment or garden. For every crate you leave in the apartment we will charge you 15 euro transportation costs. If our neighbors complain to us about disrespecting one of the above house rules, we have the right to deduct your deposit. NOISY GROUPS and PARTY PEOPLE ARE NOT WELCOME to minimize noise to our neighbors with children. Price Conditions: Please note that all guests must be included in the total number of guests staying. This includes children and babies. If you are traveling with a child of any age, they need to be added to the number of booked guests. Children 4 and under are NOT free of charge. Check-in/out Policies: The check-in is at the APARTMENT from 3 pm to 9 pm. Early or late check in/out can be requested but is subject to availability and can be confirmed only 24 hours before arrival. Payment Procedure: The amount due can only be paid on arrival by credit or debit card. Accepted payment methods for the rental fee: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro. No cash payments accepted for the amount due. On the day of arrival we will charge 250 euro damage deposit on your credit or debit card. The damage deposit will be refunded after inspection within 48 hours after your departure. Booking policies: After making a booking it is not possible to ask for discounts due to less people staying in the apartment. If you want to add extra guests after making the booking, we charge 25 euro per person per night extra because of extra administration costs. The extra charge has to be paid in cash upon arrival. Cancellation Policy: Cancellation less than 2 months is 25% penalty, less than 1 month is 50%, less than 2 weeks is 100%.
