Cancellations must be made by e-mail to info@amsterdamstay.com and a confirmation of the cancellation will then be sent to you. If you do not receive confirmation, then your cancellation may not have been received. It is the Client’s responsibility to ensure receipt of their cancellation.

Three bedroom, third-floor apartment for four guests. A total of 100 Sqm, the apartment is located close to Amsterdam's Vondelpark. Please note that there is no elevator and the stairs are likely to be difficult for some guests or those with mobility issues.
The apartment is located in the upmarket South area of the city, just 100 metres from Vondelpark and 20 minutes on foot from Museum Square and PC Hooftstraat, the city's most exclusive shopping street. The area has numerous shops, cafes and restaurants and excellent transport links to the rest of the city.
The living area has a sofa and dining table.
Modern, well equipped kitchen with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and all cookware and utensils.
There are three bedrooms. Two big bedrooms have 2 single beds each. Each bedroom has storage for clothes and 2 windows with blinds. The apartment has a modern bathroom, with a shower, bathtub and a sink. There is a separate toilet with sink next to the living room. An iron is provided.
Smoking allowed on the balcony. Inside the apartment it is not allowed to smoke.
The remaining balance can be paid by card and check in instructions will be sent the week of arrival.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation less than 2 months is 25% penalty, less than 1 month is 50%, less than 2 weeks is 100%.
