Super-spacious two bedroom duplex apartment for four guests located close to Sarphati Park. The 150m2 space is on the 2nd and 3rd floors, with traditional ceiling beams and huge windows, comprising living room and kitchen on the 2nd floor and the bedrooms and bathroom on the 3rd floor.
The apartment is located 100 meters from the Sarphati Park , 3 minutes walking distance from Amsterdam's famous Albert Cuyp street market and 8 minutes to the Heineken experience museum . The area is full of places to eat drink and shop. Public transport is right outside your door and the number 25 tram will get you to Dam Square in 12 minutes or 5 minutes to Museum Square on the number 3 and 12
The spacious, modern kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave, coffee machine, kettle and ample kitchenware. There is a separate dining area with a table and chairs.
There are two spacious bedrooms with a total of 4 single beds. On the 3rd floor is a modern bathroom with 2 seperate showers, bathtub, sink and toilet. There is also a second toilet on the second floor close to the living room.

The remaining balance can be paid by card and check in instructions will be sent the week of arrival.
Smoking: Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. Note: Please don’t smoke cigarettes or cannabis in front of the building. The smoke will enter the bedrooms of the neighbors and this is extremely disturbing for them. Noise: - Coming home late at night, with a group of people can disturb the sleep of our neighbors. Please be aware of that and be as quiet as possible. Cancellation Policy Cancellation less than 2 months is 25% penalty, less than 1 month is 50%, less than 2 weeks is 100%.
